By purchasing a ticket, the buyer acknowledges that attendance at the event involves inherent risks, including potential injury, illness, or property damage. The attendee participates voluntarily and assumes all associated risks.



Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the organiser. No refunds will be provided for change of mind, inability to attend, or adverse weather unless otherwise stated.



Event Changes & Cancellation

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event, including lineup, schedule, or venue, without prior notice. If the event is cancelled or significantly postponed, reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders and arrange refunds or rescheduled dates.



Conduct & Entry Conditions

Entry may be refused or revoked for any person engaging in disorderly behaviour, intoxication, or failure to comply with event staff or venue rules. The organiser reserves the right to conduct bag checks or ID verification at entry.



Use of Image & Media

By attending, the ticket holder consents to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation
